Delivery & Return Information

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and fees commence with a minimum applicable fee and may vary from time to time (except for any special promotion offered by us). rapidtest.com.my will not dispatch orders to Post Office box addresses.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by rapidtest.com.my. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

For stocks which are labelled as available, time for delivery of goods is expected to be within 3 working days but can be expected to take up to 7 days. If for any reason rapidtest.com.my is unable to dispatch goods within a two week period from date of order, we will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, we will offer a full refund of the payment paid.

For stocks which are labelled as pre-order, time of delivery of goods will depend on stock availability. We will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. If the expected dispatch date is suitable to the customer, the order will be processed and arrangement for delivery will be made.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of rapidtest.com.my and there will be no refunds.

All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to halalkit.com within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to  customercare@rapidtest.com.my and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, rapidtest.com.my shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging.
