All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to rapidtest.com.my within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via email to customercare@rapidtest.com.my and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, rapidtest.com.my shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging.
